PROPERTY MAINTENANCE

Our property maintenance service is charged at £22.00* per hour (labour only).

We advise that you purchase and collect any materials required prior to the commencement of the job.  This will help keep our costs lower for your benefit.  ​However, where this is not achievable, we will happily collect materials for you within our hourly rate. 

*Minimum charge applies.  £35.00 for 1-hour or less, £22.00 per hour thereafter.
